1. Draw organization
La Fresería and Energy Sistem are organizing this giveaway through their official Instagram profiles.

2. Duration
The draw will be active from the publication of the post until June 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Spanish peninsula time). The winners will be announced on June 23, 2026, on the official brand profiles.

3. Participation Mechanism
To participate, you will need to:

• Follow La Fresería and Energy Sistem's Instagram accounts.
• Like the giveaway post.
• Leave a comment on the post.

Each additional comment will count as an extra entry and increase your chances of winning.

4. Winner Selection and Prize
3 winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries. Each winner will receive:

• 1 Energy Sistem earbud.
• 1 week of free strawberries at La Fresería, consisting of one (1) cup of strawberries per day for seven (7) consecutive days, in a size chosen by the winner (S or M), including one (1) sauce or one (1) topping to choose for each cup.

The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or replaced with another product, except by decision of the organizing companies.

5. Prize shipping and warranty
Energy Sistem will manage the shipment of the headphones within Spanish territory, covering the shipping costs. Delivery will be made within an approximate period of up to 30 calendar days from the acceptance of the prize.

The headphones will be subject to the corresponding legal warranty in accordance with current regulations.

The enjoyment of the free strawberry week will be managed by La Fresería in accordance with the instructions and conditions communicated to the winners.
